Competition Terms and Conditions 2026

1. The Promotion

1.1. The promoter is PODAB UK Limited, 9 Marlin Park, Central Way, Feltham, Middlesex, TW14 0AN, UK ("PODAB UK", "we", "us").

1.2. This promotion is a free prize draw to win one PODAB ProLine TS63E Drying Cabinet.

1.3. Entry to the competition opens at 00:01 GMT on 20th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 20th March 2026 ("Competition Period").

1.4. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. This competition is open to UK residents only.

2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.3. Employees of PODAB UK Limited, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

2.4. Only one entry per person or business is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the competition online, complete the entry form at podab.co.uk/national-equine-show-2026-win-ts63/ during the Competition Period.

3.2. To enter by post, send your full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number on a postcard to: "TS63E Competition", PODAB UK Limited, 9 Marlin Park, Central Way, Feltham, Middlesex, TW14 0AN, UK. Postal entries must be postmarked by 20th March 2026 and received by 27th March 2026.

3.3. You must provide a valid email address (or postal address for postal entries) and any other required contact details.

3.4. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3.5. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

4. The Prize

4.1. The prize is one PODAB ProLine TS63E Drying Cabinet.

4.2. The prize includes free delivery to a UK mainland address of the winner's choice.

4.3. The prize does not include installation costs. A dedicated 220v 32Amp power supply will be required along with a 125mm vent connection if installed within a confined non ventilated space. A representative from Podab UK will visit the winner prior to delivery to advise on install options.

4.4. No cash or alternative prize is available.

4.5. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4.6. PODAB UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, including postal entries received by 21st March 2026.

5.2. The winner will be selected by or on behalf of PODAB UK on or after 27th March 2026.

5.3. The winner will be notified by email (or post for postal entries) within 7 days of the draw.

5.4. The winner's name will be announced on the PODAB UK website (podab.co.uk) by 7th April 2026.

5.5. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of notification, PODAB UK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

6.1. Personal data provided by entrants will be processed by PODAB UK Limited in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

6.2. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with any third parties.

6.3. By entering this competition, you consent to PODAB UK Limited contacting you about our products and services. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. General Conditions

7.1. PODAB UK's decision is final in all matters relating to this competition. No correspondence will be entered into.

7.2. PODAB UK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions.

7.3. PODAB UK accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, or incomplete due to technical failures, network congestion, or any other reason.

7.4. PODAB UK reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.

7.5. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

7.6. By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition, including:

Photographs and video footage of the prize installation and use
A video testimonial filmed at the winner's premises after installation
Use of their name, business name, and location in marketing materials

7.6.2. Filming will be arranged at a mutually convenient date within 6 months of installation.

7.6.3. Any marketing content featuring the winner will be used professionally and respectfully. The winner has the right to review and approve content before it is published.

7.6.4. The winner grants PODAB UK a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs, video footage, and testimonials for marketing purposes across all media channels.

8. Liability

8.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit PODAB UK's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8.2. Subject to clause 8.1, PODAB UK shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising in connection with this competition or the prize.

8.3. The winner is responsible for ensuring that their property is suitable for the installation of the TS63E Drying Cabinet and that all necessary electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician.
